Bruna Ginammi
In 2019, Bruna Ginammi photographed the ephemeral dwellings built by African fruit pickers in Rosarno, Reggio Calabria, in a camp made available by their employers, without any form of assistance, shelter or services. The work tells how African architecture finds in its tradition a great capacity to adapt, especially in adverse environmental conditions, while maintaining originality, creativity and above all great dignity.
